Las Ciudades Latinas por Alberto Chimal/ "The Latin Cities" by Alberto Chimal

Hey everyone, I hope that everything goes well for you all. This post is the last in the first series of analysis of some short stories for a few months. This time, I want to analyze a fragment of the story without the summary because I think that it fills too much space in the post. After this, I want to turn my attention to poetry and how to use some tools to analyze poetry. I hope that you all enjoy it! Manga for Spanish beginners

Hi everyone, There is a manga (graphic novel) out there known as the crystal hunters ("Los cazadores de cristales") and I thought I would share this free resource with you all (you might need to create a free account to read the original in Japanese). Here are the different versions: The original manga version in Japanese The Spanish guide to the manga (how to read the Spanish version- vocab, etc..) The translated manga version in Spanish The easy English version I am not associated with the creators in any way- I just thought it was a good resource for people who wanted to learn Spanish by starting to read a graphic novel. Hope anyone who is beginning to learn Spanish finds this interesting!

Hey everyone, Here is a list of some stories that at least I like and I believe will help people learn new phrases and words in Spanish. I have organized them by learning level (A1 to C2) y I have subdivided them with regards to genre, country of the author/country of origin, y "pull" (llamado) (if I were to believe that an adult would prefer to read it on a scale of 1 (boring) to 10 (I couldn't put it down)) if I have the information. Additionally, one has to keep in mind that all of the short stories are not from the most well-known authors because I want to give people different options. There also exist some platforms where writers can publish their own short stories of many different genres like E-stories (linked to in the Spanish version), which is a website that contains thousands of short stories. Here are some of my picks for the first time around: Hola a tod@s, Aquí es una lista de algunos cuentos que al menos a mí me gustan y creo que les ayudarán a ustedes apr...
